Our IT Service & Infrastructure team is growing, and we're now looking for a new Systems Support Engineer to come and join the team!
Working alongside four other System Support Engineers and three Systems Administrators, you will be responsible for onsite service and support needs for employees around the firm.
The client is supporting individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse and offers service users the opportunity to move on and live fulfilled, safe lives following the trauma they've experienced.
Carry out telephone support and remote diagnostics of products to help identify issues and take necessary action.

This role involves the service, repair & installation of a product portfolio for UK and international customers that will require regular UK and international travel.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
The focus of this Technical Support Specialist role is to provide technical support for customers accessing part and fully tracked services via the WCMS using the ticket system and in line with service level agreements.
