Key Responsibilities
Monitor monthly spend and budget reports associated with vehicle leasing, vehicle service and maintenance, fuel cards, hire vehicles, driver training and licence and compliance checking.
Maintain accurate data associated with vehicle replacements and predicted future new orders, working closely with key stakeholders within Operations and HR.
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of user-friendly fleet policies and procedures, ensuring the organisation remains legally compliant with all relevant legislation.
