Are you a Field Service Manager or similar with a background in the HVAC industry looking to join a successful team as part of a growing business who provide HVAC services to a variety of clients in the UK who can provide a company vehicle, training from the current Service Manager and a host of company benefits including healthcare?
On offer is the opportunity to join the premier business within a group of companies who specialise in the HVAC industry and have an ambitious three year plan for continued expansion. The current Service Manager is stepping up so the company are looking to bring in a new manager to lead and expand the team.
This role will involve managing a team of Field Service Engineers and support staff, making sure they are performing their roles effectively and ensuring their welfare. Managing the depot and ensuring the availability of resources, equipment and dealing with any contract issues.
This role would suit a Field Service manager with a background in the HVAC industry looking to take charge of a team of Field Service Engineers and Support Staff for a growing company that can provide training from the current service manager to get up to speed, a company vehicle and a host of company benefits including healthcare.
