Our client a large Storage company are looking for a full time Mobile Maintenance Operative, where you will based at your nearest store to home but will be required to travel from site to site mainly in South London in a company van provided.
Job purpose of the Mobile Maintenance Operative
The role of the Maintenance Operative is to provide a high quality and effective maintenance and repair service to their stores.
You will carry out a mulit-tasking role safely and to a large extent unsupervised, and have the ability to recognise any task which you consider outside your skill base.
With your love of working with people and enthusiasm to provide a great service, you'll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.
Contract/duration: Fixed term ending 25th March 2025.
The advertised salary is inclusive of the outer London weighting allowance of £3,315 per annum (pro-rata).
Maintain the security of the school, including unlocking grounds and managing alarms as per the rota.
