This Service Desk Manager role is a leadership role which will require technical expertise people development.
Also management tasks, including; risk, supplier and resource management.
Reporting to the office manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customers are receiving the appropriate assistance including managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritisation and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Service Desk Functions.
The Service Desk Advisor will also contribute to problem resolution to our customers.
