Supporting in the areas of IT, Connectivity and UC. Pre-configuration of small projects Ensuring customer is kept up to date with issues/resolutions Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a Support Desk Role within Telecoms Supporting IT/WIFI technologies Achieving infrastructure Technician Level 3/CompTIA A Level 1 & 2 preferred but not essential Cisco IOS/Configuring Cisco equipment.
