Service Desk Engineer
£27,000 - £30,000
UK Wide, however Yeovil/surrounding areas is preferred for training.
2pm-10pm Monday to Friday (enhanced pay for unsociable hours)
23 days holidays + bank holidays (increased with length of service)

Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls on the service desk
- Providing telephone/remote assistance in resolving cases.
- Supporting in the areas of IT, Connectivity and UC.
- Pre-configuration of small projects
- Ensuring customer is kept up to date with issues/resolutions
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Support Desk Role within Telecoms
- Supporting IT/WIFI technologies
- Achieving infrastructure Technician Level 3/CompTIA A+ Level 1 & 2 preferred but not essential
- Cisco IOS/Configuring Cisco equipment.
