IT Support Engineer / IT Technical Service Desk Technician who has excellent troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills with a solid technical background covering Second Line Support with some Third Line (although this is not a full blown Third Line Support role) is required for a busy Helpdesk and deskside project work with an IT Company based in London.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supporting, installing and troubleshooting IT Networks both remotely and onsite covering Routers, Switches, Hubs, Firewalls, LAN / WAN etc.
(The offices are a few minutes' walk from Holborn Station).
As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for working within the Service Delivery Team as a first port of call for customer issues that require technical assistance during their day to day.
