In this role, you will be essential in providing comprehensive technical support to internal staff and the IT team, ensuring issues are managed, monitored, and resolved efficiently and within established standards.
IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst / IT Technician who has previous experience working on a busy helpdesk resolving first line and / or second line IT support tickets is required for a multi-award winning Managed Service Provider based in the City of London.
ALL LEVELS OF IT EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED
As a successful candidate you will need a solid foundation in IT, preferably covering Microsoft technologies.

IT Support Engineer / IT Technical Service Desk Technician who has excellent troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills with a solid technical background covering Second Line Support with some Third Line (although this is not a full blown Third Line Support role) is required for a busy Helpdesk and deskside project work with an IT Company based in London.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supporting, installing and troubleshooting IT Networks both remotely and onsite covering Routers, Switches, Hubs, Firewalls, LAN / WAN etc.
(The offices are a few minutes' walk from Holborn Station).

The primary objective of the IT Service Desk is to ensure the performance and cost-effectiveness of our technology, application, and infrastructure solutions.
To provide first line support and assist with the closure of all service requests, problems and incidents that relate to IT services.
This involves promptly identifying and resolving outages or performance issues, providing first-line support to end-users, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
