The IT Solutions Lead supports the execution of IT Work Packages by working with the (Senior)Technical Delivery Manager to understand the clients' requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between clients' requirements and current IT capabilities, defining solutions to bridge the gap and making sure that the project scope is maintained and solutions implemented in line with design.

They are expected to work closely with clients and business representatives to understand their business needs and design solutions to tackle the IT need of each business or bid.
The Solution Lead must also understand not just the IT needs of the business but also the overall impact of proposed solutions to the profitability of the business or bid.

Strategic Delivery Lead for Housing Commissioning and Contracts
As part of the Commissioning Programme, the Strategic Delivery Lead will face the critical challenge of acting as a catalyst and collaborating with stakeholders to design a new commissioning structure for housing repairs and major works contracts.
This role requires a passion for transformation projects and engagement with residents and wider stakeholders to develop a co-designed commissioning approach.
Vehicle provided Shift work (12 Hours) over a 7 day week to include days and nights 12 month work is available to all successful candidates

As part of a team, take responsibility for front line delivery of advice on multiple service areas within the assigned cluster providing a coordinated, consistent, efficient and customer focussed service and achieving set access targets and ongoing improvements to the customer experience.
Provide first line advice , referrals and completion of payments and resolution of queries for customers across a wide range of Council service areas with primary attention to achieving a positive and personalised customer experience.
