I am looking for a Service Desk Analyst to be based out of their regional office in Cheltenham.
As the Service Desk Analyst, you will provide outstanding customer service by resolving incidents on first call utilising 1st and 2nd line support knowledge and capability.
Any issues that cannot be resolved, will be escalated to the appropriate support team within the department to resolve.
They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring all accounts are kept up to date and accurate, through receiving and reconciling payments, keeping on top of outstanding monies and finance reporting.
You will work closely with other staff members across the company, including management teams, supporting finance-related tasks.
