Receive customers and members (walk-in or telephone) promptly
Promptly receive all requests, queries, inquiries submitted by customers and members and forward to Head Office for processing ensuring all required documentation are in line with policy and procedures.
Liaise with all relevant Head Office departments regarding customer requests, queries and issues as the need arises.
The Estate & Service Area Operative's role is to guarantee that our client's building stands out as the premier residential development in Canary Wharf.
You will work as part of a team servicing products to provide the business and its customers with technical support nationwide.
You will accurately diagnose and remedy reported faults whilst always maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
