We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Administrator based in Sunderland for one of our clients on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
As a member of the Gambling Hub team, the successful candidate will assist the Hub administrator and the Regional Hub Coordinator in the delivery of comprehensive and efficient administrative and data support across all aspects of the Gambling service.
The successful candidate will have a good basic standard of education with at least 5 GCSE's (including Maths and English) and Ideally a Business Administration and/or Customer Service qualification.
The Gambling Data and Compliance Officer will coordinate the monitoring, review and reporting of service KPI's, outcomes and outputs in line with commissioned and grant funded services.
