As an Administrator for the service you will be
We are currently seeking an Administrator our our client who are a Substance Misuse Service based in Worcester for an initial 4-6 week contract but likely to be extended.
The position is to start immediately on a Full Time contract Monday to Friday from 9 to 5.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join my clients Service and Maintenance Team.
As part of the Service and Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for making sure the equipment on loan to service users is kept well maintained and functions accordingly by booking in maintenance visits.
The role is very rewarding with an opportunity to become a permanent member of the team after 3 months.
As the Administrator within the Service Department you will be using the CRM system Salesforce, this is the system where the client manages the maintenance tickets of the ticket vending machines.
Our clients - a wide-range of professional membership organisations, charities, and public sector bodies - are looking to recruit experienced administrators, with focused roles in event coordination, executive support, customer service, and HR.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, providing administrative support to stakeholders including internal senior management and key external contacts.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the strong organisational skills to manage multiple and tight deadlines will be essential requirements for these roles, starting from entry-level positions to more senior roles.
