Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: London (Hybrid working)

Remuneration: £15phr

Duration: Temporary ongoing

Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient account setup.
  • Process customer data changes promptly and accurately.
  • Set up customer subscriptions and manage any changes to existing subscriptions.
  • Issue invoices, e-invoices, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with fee increases and ensure accurate processing.
  • Handle customer queries related to invoices, providing excellent customer service.
  • Review draught customer contracts/orders to set up subscriptions effectively.
  • Utilise your experience in Oracle Netsuite to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Leverage your invoicing skills, with Zone Billing Module experience being advantageous.
  • German language skills would be beneficial, although not essential.
  • Utilise your strong administrative skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Leverage your customer service experience to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Skills Required:

  • Customer onboarding and account setup experience.
  • Proficiency in handling customer data changes.
  • Experience in setting up and managing customer subscriptions.
  • Strong invoicing skills, with knowledge of Oracle Netsuite preferred.
  • Experience in handling invoice-related queries.
  • Ability to review and process draught customer contracts/orders effectively.
  • German language skills would be advantageous.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service skills, with prior experience in a customer service role.
