My client, a leading provider of housing with Berkshire, is seeking to recruit a Social Housing Policy Specialist to review and update the key policies of its Housing Service.
You will be responsible for ensuring that policies relating to the repairs and maintenance provision comply with relevant legislation, reflect best practice and support the efficient delivery of the service to tenants and customers.
Applicants will require management experience and excellent subject matter knowledge of policy development, housing maintenance and repairs, ideally from a local authority background.
Liaising with the purchasing assistants for order amendments as required.
General
This role ensures that invoices are generated accurately, delivered to suppliers/contractors in a timely manner, and payments are tracked and recorded properly.
The Invoicing Agent also collaborates with other departments to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
