Service Advisor Required in the Woking, Surrey area
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
This role is designed to provide a route for an accomplished Customer Service Advisor to traverse into a position where you will be confirming orders as they come into the business either online or by telephone.
Exciting opportunity for a business minded, ambitious customer service professional with excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.
You will be expected to work those orders onto the system.

About the role
Working as part of our friendly and supportive Customer Services team, you will be handling inbound calls from residents, businesses and visitors resolving as many as possible at first point of contact.
Duties also include handling enquiries received via email and through our online forms, occasional face to face duties at our reception and other administrative tasks as required.
A Service Coordinator performs a variety of tasks to ensure a high standard of customer service delivered at all times, supporting the delivery of business objectives.
