About the role
As a Mercedes-Benz Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers.
Your role will be to carry out service work and provide an initial first response to call outs and for customers.
With the proven ability to analyse and show good attention to detail, you will be able to communicate at all levels to both internal staff and client representatives providing a first class service at all times.
This includes first fix or successful diagnosis of electrical and refrigeration faults.
Collaborate with the Body shop Principal to devise and execute a bespoke concierge service designed to make clients and visitors feel they are in an environment of luxury and maximise their experience, which is second to none in the industry
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Body shop business, products, and services
Always maintain the pristine condition of the Body shop, ensuring it reflects the luxury brand image
