Our client is a well-established family run business, based in Bognor Regis, providing sustainable consumables (GNFR) solutions for forward-thinking brands.
Their current valuation to listing conversion rate is between 65% and 70% and your role will not initially encompass listing until 2025 at which point the Director will train you how to value and list on a 1 to 1 basis so we are looking for an experienced Estate Agent at either Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator level who is able to deal with viewings and offers and handle your own sales progression and we are looking for candidates who pride themselves on customer service.
You will receive a monthly revenue split (team commission) so your on target earnings is pretty much guaranteed at £30,000 as a minimum as the office is currently turning over £500,00 and as turnover increases so will your salary.
