Are you a self-motivated individual, who is 100% customer focussed and dedicated to providing a superior service? Our client is looking for enthusiastic, high-energy individuals, who can build long-term relationships with clients. The role will be hybrid, working 1 day from home after successful completion of the probation period. There is an excellent benefits package and free onsite parking available, however you will need your own transport due to the rural location.
Working as part of the sales team, you will have your own portfolio of clients, providing outstanding customer service and maximising every possible opportunity. There is no cold calling, but you will be required to upsell and cross sell across a broad range of products. You will manage the day to day running of each account, dealing with quotes, queries and any issues that arise ensuring the client is 100% satisfied with the outcome.
Previous experience in a customer focussed role would be advantageous but our client is also happy to train and develop individuals from a customer service background who have potential. Excellent communication skills are essential along with great attention to detail.
