As the Senior Receptionist/Client Host you will ensure that an exceptional high level of customer service is delivered to all visitors, staff and stakeholders that use the space at our London office.
The Senior Client Host will be the first point of contact for all office enquires and the first line of support for anyone visiting our office.
Our client is seeking a friendly Receptionist to manage the main switchboard and Head Office front desk.
This role involves answering and redirecting phone calls, greeting visitors, providing administrative support, and ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and presentable.
As the first point of contact for internal and external customers, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist/Administrator for our well established client.
Ideally you will have previous Reception experience, excellent communication skills along with proven Administration and organisational skills.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing all Reception desk duties, maintain a professional welcome to all visitors along with providing Administration support to the rest of the team when required.
