My London based client are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a large Data Transformation Programme.
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the foundations to stand up scalable Azure data platforms, focussed on delivering a new centralised Azure Data Platform and also work to set up the architecture principles and processes that underpin this.
The organisation are currently on a journey to transform the foundations of their organisation, with data at the centre of this.

As Senior Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for assessing the current reward structure by building on work that has been done to date, developing a redesign, and implementing changes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and market competitiveness.
You will be project focused with experience of managing complex and sensitive projects, including change management processes and have a strategic and hands on approach to reward management.
