My London based client are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a large Data Transformation Programme.
The organisation are currently on a journey to transform the foundations of their organisation, with data at the centre of this.
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the foundations to stand up scalable Azure data platforms, focussed on delivering a new centralised Azure Data Platform and also work to set up the architecture principles and processes that underpin this.
The Project Manager will be able to demonstrate that they have managed and delivered Data Platform projects previously for multiple clients ideally within the Retail, Marketing or Finance markets.
Skills;
- Demonstrable experience of Delivering Agile Data transformation Projects on Azure Cloud
- Demonstrable experience of Delivering Centralised Azure Platforms
- Demonstrable experience of setting up Architecture Processes
- Experience of working within the Retail, Marketing or Finance space, or on a supplier side Data Transformation Programme
- Deliver plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ability to Manage resources and requests to ensure all projects are processed and completed in a timely manner and to budget
- Experience of Managing 3rd party providers in the delivery of projects at all stages
- Ability to peer review plans and documentation related to the project
- Ability to Track and Report on deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Delivery of multiple/concurrent full e2e life-cycle projects
- Experience of delivering change - building effective networks across different constituencies and being a trusted advisor
- Experience of Delivering projects that require changes to Policies, RACI's, Governance and introducing new roles into an organisation
- Ability to deliver the 'hard' and 'soft' criteria, 'taking the people with you' NOT just driving through the task
