As Senior Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for assessing the current reward structure by building on work that has been done to date, developing a redesign, and implementing changes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and market competitiveness.

You will be project focused with experience of managing complex and sensitive projects, including change management processes and have a strategic and hands on approach to reward management.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of managing HR rewards structures
  • CIPD qualified to Chartered Member level.
  • Design, development, and delivery of strategic HR reward projects.
  • Management of complex and sensitive projects, including change management processes.
  • Strong experience of managing communication with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including unions.
  • Experience of continuous improvement in Reward systems
  • Experience of working with HR Information Systems
  • Experience of managing strategic reward projects within a larger framework of change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of current Reward methodologies and good practice (i.e. job evaluation, benchmarking, career frameworks).
  • Knowledge of Reward best practice and UK employment law relevant for the role.
