As Senior Payroll Administrator you will provide a high quality pension payroll service for clients. You will be responsible for ensuring all tasks including processing starters, leavers & amendments tax code changes/reconciliation of the payrolls/ RTI file creation & submission to HMRC/BACS payment file creation and submission via the BACS software/payslip production, are completed accurately, promoting a right first time approach. Senior Payroll Administrator North Kent £32K - £35K Our client, a well-established business is looking to appoint a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time, provide an exceptional level of customer service and contribute to the development of the function's processes and procedures, supporting change and innovation. This is a fast paced, demanding role that will require those able to offer flexibility and to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: As part of a dedicated team take ownership and responsibility for delivering payroll on a timely basis. Processing New Starters, Leavers, Timesheets, Statutory Payments, Termination Payments, Costing. Running reports, analysing and sanity checking. Ensure payroll remains internally and externally compliant. Meet Shareholders and Auditors expectations in relation to governance of pay. Have the ability and confidence to challenge in a professional and constructive manner. Ensure third party suppliers are serviced efficiently to deadlines.
