We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator for our clients based just outside Southampton.
Reporting to the Principal and under the day-to-day supervision of the HR Officer, the successful candidate will work closely with the HR Cluster Manager/Business Partner for the Region.
Day to Day of the role
Advise the Principal and line managers on recruitment process, procedure, and best practice.
The role regularly interacts with other staff in the Company particularly senior and middle management.
This role is based in Southampton and is an office based role.
This position reports to the P&C Manager, and while direct supervision of staff is not required, this position may be required to lead or facilitate project teams or working groups from time to time.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor the purpose of the role is to provide professional, business focused and timely Employee Relations advice to key stakeholders in the business.
CMA HR Division is currently assisting one of their clients to recruit a HR Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract based in their attractive offices in Southampton, Hampshire.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for their own caseload, occasional policy review, and providing ER insight into projects where required.
