Expected Technical Experience
Microsoft Windows o/s (Windows 10) working knowledge of build, configuration and registry settings.
Provides support on the basis of previous experience and knowledge of administrative methods, processes, systems and facts to deliver comprehensive and specialised support.
Performs analysis, manipulation and interpretation of data to deliver specialised support services.
Runs and presents standard reports to support effective department information processes.
