Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement talent management strategies and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Our wonderful client based in Dorking is seeking a senior HR Executive to ensure the delivery of a professional, efficient, reliable and trusted HR service to the management and employees.
Duties include
Supporting the Senior HR Manager to effectively manage all HR operations and service delivery.
Consistently reviewing all company policies, guidelines and processes and making suggestions to ensure that all HR materials are up to date, in line with current employment legislation and take a best practice approach.
