A top University group in central London with a growing HR team.

Description

  • Lead and oversee various HR operations within the organisation, including the end to end recruitment process.
  • Conduct on-boarding activities for new starters, within UKVI regulations. Inputting employee data into the relevant systems (ResourceLink).
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Officer should have:

  • prior experience in an HR role, and experience leading on recruitment processes.
  • experience working in the higher education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law, UKVI and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS and and e-recruitment systems to input data and run reports - ideally ResourceLink.
