The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters across a complex matrix organisation, ensuring the organisation's policies, procedures and legal obligations are met.

As a HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee related matters including discipline, grievance, capability, absence management and HR policies and procedures.

The role would be for the operational HR team working on ER, Organisational Change, has experience doing job evaluations and for the senior managing teams.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.

The successful candidate will be experienced in employee relations as the role has an ER focus and experience working across EMEA would be beneficial also.
