There is some flexibility with the training week- We need at least 2 days on-site during that week so we can get you set up with the IT equipment, the remaining 3 days could be trainedremotely, although we do prefer to do this in person, where possible.
The Senior Complaints Officer is dedicated to resolving customer complaints, both orally and in writing, in a timely manner.
To support customers through the final stages of the internal complaints journey, investigating cases on their individual merits, and coming to a decision on the outcome of the case.
They are also responsible for ensuring that issues that could affect other customers are identified and fed back.
Our Contact Centre is the heart of our business, and we pride ourselves on excellent communication, attention to detail and our drive to be the best we can.
The role consists of handling a mixture of Inbound and Outbound customer calls.
Once you feel the customer is engaged in the relevant product, you will use our conversational tool to qualify them and pass them to one of our advisors.
You will be talking to potential clients about their interest in Equity Release, Pensions or Mortgages.
