We are currently recruiting for a large-scale MSP organisation based in London and are assisting our client in finding an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager.
In this role you will play a critical part in managing the operational relationship with clients at an executive level.
My client, a well-established leader within their industry, are looking for a Customer Services Manager, to join them in their North Kent offices.
Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered from your team and ensure KPI's are met.
To lead, manage and develop the Customer Service function and a mix of an office and remote-based Account Management team to achieve & grow in line with the strategy whilst providing high quality service to all specified members and transactional customers.
