Hays Business support is currently working with a leading awarding and end point assessment organisation based on the University Campus in York.This is a full-time permanent role, fully office based doing general administration and some basic finance.Job Duties:The main focus of the role is to support the Customer Service and Data Manager, the End Point Assessment team, and the Financial Controller with all the general administration and day to day operations.
Assisting with the Gateway process and advising customers on the correct evidence and processes
Supporting with customer queries on booking and using the on-line system
We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills, extensive experience across Microsoft packages, excellent attention to details with experience of working with external stakeholders.
Based in York, our client works in the sustainability built environment and is one of the leaders at what they do.
Working within an established team you will be working on a variety of projects across multiple clients within the construction and architectural fields.
As a senior member of the technology team, the role holder will be responsible for the delivery of items in the agreed roadmap for the technology department, including delivering new features for TSN's technology offerings and supporting other members of the department with delivery.
