Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join an experienced UK Commercial Team. This role is pivotal in providing the necessary support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities, which is crucial for delivering first-class service to our customers and laying the foundation for growth.
Day to Day of the role:
- Collate data from various customer online portals to populate internal KPI reports and distribute them internally to meet specific deadlines.
- Run reports to support the commercial team as required.
- Research and record competitor and promotional activity, including private label, both online and in-store.
- Complete customer-specific forms and communicate with the marketing & operations team regarding planned activities.
- Support the commercial team in preparing and delivering customer presentations and brand days.
- Manage invoice recording for approval and assist in resolving invoice queries.
- Track customer service levels using online portals and liaise with the supply chain to maintain stock levels.
- Coordinate and distribute the annual promotional plan and brand samples or packaging as necessary.
- Provide product imagery or content for marketing activities upon customer request.
- Maintain and update the customer contact database.
- Manage the sales email inbox and be the first point of contact for trade accounts and new enquiries.
- Update and distribute trade account price lists.
- Perform other administrative tasks and support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to establish collaborative win-win relationships.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Good time management and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
