We are seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to join our clients team, they are based in Lewes but frequently attending customer sites across the UK.
This role involves a mix of on-site installations, repairs, surveys, and in-office technical support.
You will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Develop and implement quality tools for projects that includes but not limited to APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVPR, Quality and Control Plans
Driving the successful implementation and evolution of the quality tools and industry best practice throughout the project lifecycle
The successful New Product Development Quality Engineer will work within a matrix structure that supports the Design and Project Teams with New Product Development (NPD) and the Quality Team for In Market (IM) products and improvements.
