Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Lead to join a large SEN Primary school.
The successful candidate will lead our Special Educational Needs provision and ensure that all students with SEN receive the appropriate support to thrive academically and personally.
General
As SEN Lead, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, external agencies, and the leadership team to develop and implement inclusive strategies and support systems that cater to the individual needs of students.
We are looking for a fun-loving tutor with experience in working with non-verbal pupils to support an 18 year old young man develop his independence and communication.
ASEND tuition supports SEND pupils and continues their learning while they cannot access school or don't have a school place.
