The Line Clearance Supervisor will report directly to the Line Clearance Manager (LCM) and will be responsible for establishing and arranging work within a geographical area.
You will plan your work according to the priority levels instructed by your LCM, maintaining the highest standards of operational services to support the overall, annual contract delivery.
Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, litter control, polishing, dusting and emptying bins along with cleaning of dedicated toilet facilities and staff areas including kitchen, utensils, and equipment such as microwaves, fridges, dishwashers, kettles and toasters all within the management suite of the shopping centre.
In addition to using of standard manual tools such as mops, ketches, cloths, dusters, chemicals and brushes, there will also be the use of both suction cleaning machines, steamers, carpet cleaners pedestrian scrubber dryers.
Your main aim will be to carry out a range of exterior cleaning activities along with waste management tasks including operation of both static compactors and bailers, reach and wash and jet washes ensuring segregated waste receptacles are available for retailers and that the service road and car parks are clean and tidy.
In addition to the service road areas, the waste team are responsible for the cleanliness of service corridors and other back of house areas so general cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, litter control, polishing and dusting are also a requirement.
