As a Security Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the development, its amenities, and open spaces, while delivering top-quality service in line with management contracts, leases, service agreements, and other requirements.
Security Duties
To support the existing security and safety routines of this development, ensuring an efficient and timely completion of security routines for the development, in terms of Control Room duties, Patrol duties and Loading Bay/Basement Access.
General
Line manager: Estates Director / Residents Manager
To ensure the safety and the security of members, staff, tenants, and visitors and guests.
To maintain accurate records, both in note books and as official incident reports, including any incident reporting software, and to take appropriate action to handle and contain incidents sensitively.

As a Temporary Security Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the Development and will be the first and main point of contact for all security queries.
