Gleeson Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a PE backed, multisite business, who have gone through exceptional and unprecedented growth, who are looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller.
This is a remote position, with very occasional requirements to meet other team members around the UK.
With this in mind, the preference is to appoint someone based in the Midlands.
We are currently going through a separation within the business and due to regulatory requirements we need to test the business processes within cyber security; specifically around business continuity planning.
Predominantly remote: circa 2 days per month in Warwick
It is to be used for both new security and Soft FM contracts.
This form is to be completed by the FSI Contract manager on award of a contract, or earlier if it is appropriate to do so, when there is a requirement for new recruitment.
On completion, this form is to be sent to the FSI (E) HR Officer to initiate the recruitment process.
The People Team at Stonewater are now seeking a Pay & Benefits Advisor - someone to support the Payroll Manager in all administrative aspects in relation to our outsourced payroll provision and flexible benefits.
As our Pay & Benefits Advisor, you will respond to iTrent (HR & Payroll system) queries and flexible benefits queries from colleagues and Managers and prepare various import templates used to send data to our payroll provider, MHR.
Taking responsibility for car fleet/car allowance admin, you will manually calculate net pay,in-depth monthly payroll checking and post pay roll admin such as auto enrolment letters, joiners and leavers reports to providers, pension, and benefits reports.
