As the Returns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing return operations for various sectors including B2B Technical and Commercial, D2C Ecommerce, RDU, and CRN within the UK and Ireland.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective return processes, meeting business needs, and driving continuous improvement in return operations.
Overview
Oversee and manage return operations for UK and Ireland, including B2B Technical and Commercial, D2C Ecommerce, RDU, and CRN sectors.
i) To co-ordinate the Client's Private Sector Renewal Assistance activities in line with the Runnymede Renewal Strategy by working with owners, landlords and tenants of the Borough to improve the condition of their homes.
This includes aiding the repair adaptation and improvement of their homes.
ii) To improve the quality of life of residents through enforcement of Housing legislation.
You will help with the delivery of customer life cycle marketing communications to drive customer satisfaction, retention and upgrades across the European markets - creating, adapting and delivering campaigns for mobile and consumer electronic customers, improving customer retention, and optimising lifetime value.
