JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES
- i) To co-ordinate the Client's Private Sector Renewal Assistance activities in line with the Runnymede Renewal Strategy by working with owners, landlords and tenants of the Borough to improve the condition of their homes. This includes aiding the repair adaptation and improvement of their homes.
- ii) To improve the quality of life of residents through enforcement of Housing legislation.
iii) To oversee the HMO inspection programme and accreditation scheme.
