Reporting to the FP&A Manager you be responsible for preparing analysis, reports & providing insight to guide strategic and operational decision making. Description Duties will include: Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly Board Reports, offering in-depth insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by key stakeholders. Utilize advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to create sophisticated Management Information (MI) reports, catering to a diverse range of business stakeholders, and driving actionable insights. Proactively drive the development of innovative reports and analysis, challenging conventional wisdom to support commercial decision-making in an ever-evolving business environment. Collaborate with the wider team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report actual performance against these forecasts, providing valuable variance analysis and strategic recommendations. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, contributing to key business discussions and initiatives. Profile The successful FP&A Analyst candidate will: Have a proven track record in a similar role Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA Be an excellent written and verbal communicator Have previous stakeholder management experience Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel Be able to work to tight deadlines Job Offer A salary up to £42,000 DOE, hybrid & flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, study support, enhanced maternity, paternity & pension plus more.
