The School Nurse Day to day of the role
Identify and assess students with disabilities, learning difficulties, and complex medical needs.
We are looking for experienced Band 5/6 children's nurses to work in one of the trusts in South East London.
The Trust has a children's unit that offers a range of surgical day care procedures and medical treatments and investigations not suitable for an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
Assess care needs of babies, children, and adolescents; develop and implement care programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Starting as soon as possible, this exciting opportunity for proactive Health Care Support Workers with personal care and behavioural management experience to join the team at an SEND school for children with severe Autism, Medical needs and challenging behaviour in Southall, Ealing.
