You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the retention of the existing client base as well as all general administration and business processes tasks to support with the needs of the department and the wider business.
Responsibilities
Processing the renewal invitation for clients and issuing within required timeframes.

This is an integral and varied role and your experience in providing high quality administrative support will be invaluable to the whole team.
You will act as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions, investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties.
An established and growing financial planning practice with offices located just outside of Swindon are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support the office.
£25,000 depending on experience.
Working in a team environment you will work alongside the Advisers and wider Wealth Management Team supporting with all administrative and secretarial duties.
