I am working with a fast-growing client in Swindon, who are seeking a hardworking, versatile administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the retention of the existing client base as well as all general administration and business processes tasks to support with the needs of the department and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing the renewal invitation for clients and issuing within required timeframes.
  • Recording client information to ensure documents and systems are accurate.
  • Conducting market search to ensure customers have the correct cover and premium for the upcoming year.
  • Follow business standard procedures and workflows to maintain client records and support the sales team.
  • Supporting the management team with their diaries, ensuring the follow up procedure is met.
  • Follow business procedure relating to collection of premiums and management of premium finance facility and aged debt.
  • Process queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective relationships with other departments within the business to ensure accurate and up to date client records.
  • Supporting the Business Manager and Team Managers with administration tasks to ensure the effective running of each department.
