About Us:

Bunce (Ashbury) Ltd based in Ashbury, part of the Swiss Boschung Group, a world leader in surface management equipment.

Bunce has been manufacturing winter service equipment since 1920 and, since joining the Boschung Group in 2014, has expanded to include road sweeping and airport equipment.

We are leading the UK transition to electrical road sweepers. Our well-established, close-knit, collaborative, and professional team, based near Swindon, works together to provide first-class service to our customers.

The Role:

Due to company growth, we are seeking a motivated Service Administrator to join our Ashbury team on a full-time basis. As our Service Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting our teams across Bunce to deliver outstanding service, ensuring we maintain and develop our position as the preferred supplier and partner in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Work closely with the external Service Teams and our leading Parts Department to ensure high standards of customer service and administration.
+ Prioritise order processing, respond to customer requests, and guide customers via phone and email.
+ Monitor internal and external calls.
+ Process orders efficiently.
+ Monitor and respond to our service line and service emails.
+ Administer service jobs using Upkeep or Sage.
+ Schedule engineer call-outs.
+ Prepare quotations.
+ Handle warranty claims.
+ Manage vehicle registrations.
+ Coordinate logistics, both UK and international.

About You:

We are looking for positive, engaged, organised and professional candidates who are able to work independently and are highly motivated to learn about Bunce's product offerings and understand the company's customer value proposition.

Experience from a similar or affiliated industry sector would be desirable. You are a competent user of Microsoft Office and it is an advantage if you have experience of using Sage or other ERP, sales or service management software.
