We are recruiting for an independent Estate Agency who are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator to support the growth of their business. Fantastic commission scheme taking the OTE from £55,000- £70,000 Please note all applicants must demonstrate a history of 2 years sales negotiation within an Estate Agency and have a full UK driving license. Daily responsibilities would be: Matching potential applicants to properties Carrying out viewings of properties, successfully negotiating and securing offers Sales progression through to successful completion Liaising with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage lenders as required Maintain regular dialogue with clients and exercising proactive management of the business relationship between them and the agent. Meet targets set by the Branch Manager/Senior Management Proactive improvement of service standards in order to maintain a competitive and leading market position Put forward marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and instructions Maintain records of daily calls and diarise follow-ups, good organisation is a must Experience with Alto is preferable At times you will be required to support the sales and lettings team Any other duties which may reasonably be required of the position Use of pool car.
