We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join my client, a small, friendly, and rapidly growing company. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and determined individual who enjoys a varied role within a team environment. The position involves supporting businesses both in the UK and internationally.

**Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, including general administrative duties.
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new leads.
  • Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
  • Take bookings and arrange collections/deliveries.
  • Engage in problem-solving to address any customer issues that may arise.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or account management office experience.
  • Fluent in spoken English.
  • Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (training will be provided on our CRM system).
  • Excellent telephone manner with a warm, sincere, and likeable personality.
  • A steady work history with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight is essential.
