We are recruiting for a Warranty Claims Assessor to support the Warranty Lead in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) set by HME/HMC, ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims, prior work authority (PWA) requests, and retailer communications.
The role involves managing enquiries, assisting with audits, and resolving warranty queries by collaborating with various internal departments.
