The Application Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and sales support to customers and the sales team across the UK and Ireland.
This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, from lead qualification to order processing and after-sales support.
Responsibilities
Serve as a back-office contact for customers, managing market follow-up, lead qualification, actions, and reporting.
As the successful Technical Sales Engineer you will use a knowledge of Physics, Chemistry or general engineering, as well as experience working with optical, photonics or lab equipment to be successful in this role, with opportunities to progress within the business into roles such as: Team lead, Outside sales or something similar!
This is an excellent Technical Sales Engineer position seeking a talented individual on a full-time basis.
